I spent six years as an engineer at Microsoft before getting my real estate license. I know what the Eastside tech market feels like from the inside — the vest cliff anxiety, the ESPP shares you forget to account for, the offer letter that doesn't match what a loan officer wants to see.

I work with buyers and sellers across Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Sammamish. Most of my clients are in tech — either buying their first home with RSU income, or selling to move up or out.

I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. If it's easier to talk through things in one of those, that's fine with me.
